Established in 2003, Jiangmen Proudly Water-soluble Plastic Co., Ltd. ("PROUDLY") manufactures fully biodegradable and water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA/PVOH) products. Now we are the only one manufacturer of water soluble film undertaking ISO9001-2008 Quality Control System in China. As a fast growing enterprise, PROUDLY strategically invests in the R&D by cooperating with numerous universities and research institutions aiming to break through the limits of existing technology.
Our PVA films have wide applications including water-soluble bags for infection control and medical disposal, fully biodegradable & flushable pet waste bags, chemical packaging such as pesticide, dyestuff and detergent, biodegradable packaging films for textiles, PVA films for embroidery underlay and mold releasing, and biodegradable PVA pellets for injection and blow molding.

PROUDLY is one of the largest and unique PVA film manufacturers in China achieving manufacturing technology of producing PVA film by blown extrusion and mastering both blown extrusion and solution cast technology. Moreover, PROUDLY is the only PVA film manufacturer in China sponsored by the Innovation Fund of Scientific and Technological Ministry of China and being recognized as the Scientific and Technological Innovation Enterprise by the Chinese Government.
